The 2013 Senior Games/SilverArts will be held May 11 through May 25, 2013. Click here to see a complete schedule of the 2013 Senior Games/SilverArts schedule. Prior to the games there will be several sports clinics so seniors can become familiar with the different events. Additionally, there are two on-going activities in which you can participate to help you get ready and stay in shape: In Andrews at the Senior Center -- every Monday and Wednesday from 1:30 to 3:30 -- Ping Pong, Corn Hole Toss and Shuffleboard. In Murphy at the High School Track -- every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. starting March 2 -- walking and running. Below are some of the Senior Games activities that will take place in 2013: March 14, 2013—Sports Presentation at Hayesville Senior Center - 11:00 a.m March 15, 2013—Sports Clinic at Hiwassee Dam Community Center - 10:00 a.m. March 20, 2013—Sports Clinic at Andrews Senior Center - 10:00 to 1:00 April 5, 2013—Sports Clinic at Konehete Park in Murphy -- 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Lunch provided. May 11-25, 2013—Senior Games/SilverArts Competitions at venues throughout Cherokee and Clay Counties May 25, 2013—Cherokee County Senior Games/SilverArts Closing Banquet Sept. 23 to Sept. 29, 2013 -- Senior
