It takes a lot of  people to organize and run these events and they do not get paid for their time and travel.

We greatly appreciate and applaud their dedication and thank them for their help and commitment.

I would like to volunteer for:

OUR VOLUNTEERS PROGRAM FOR PARTICIPANTS

Any local Senior Games sports participant who volunteers 8 hours or more during the Spring Games or other activities held during the year will receive one of the following:

  1. If they qualify and participate in the State Finals in the Fall, they will receive a $50.00 per day stipend (maximum 3 days) to assist with travel expenses.

  2. If they do not plan to participate to the State Finals in the Fall, they will receive a Certificate good for a free registration in the following year’s local Senior Games.

 

Also, any local Senior Games sports participant who qualifies and participates at the National Games will receive a $50.00 per day stipend (maximum 3 days) whether they complete the volunteer requirements or not.
